The following optional activities are available to attendees and their companions at an additional cost. The registration deadline for companion activities is Friday, October 31st, 2008, except for Kayaking which has a deadline of Friday, October 17th, 2008.
Please note: Primavera has arranged for companion tours to be available through USA Hosts for the convenience of attendees and their families. All tour agreements will be executed between USA Hosts and the booking attendee. Primavera disclaims any liability related to or arising out a tour agreement between the attendee and USA Hosts. Any dispute with USA Hosts arising out of or related to a tour must be handled directly between the booking attendee and USA Hosts.
All tour packages are based on a minimum number of attendees. Tours will operate if the minimum numbers are met. To provide the best customer service for our attendees, registration will be coordinated by a Las Vegas companion tour provider.

Las Vegas is known for awe-inspiring hotels, and on this tour you will see the best of the best! Las Vegas Boulevard is home to over ten mega-resorts. Guests will catch sight of the extravagant features that make the Venetian, Mirage, Bellagio and Paris Hotels famous.

Kayaking Adventures

MANHATTAN EXPRESS at NY NY Hotel
Set over a replica of New York Harbor, the Manhattan Express has riders twisting and turning like never before. The second drop will really get the heart racing -- riders plummet 160 feet at a 50-degree angle, and the ride can reach speeds of 67 mph while speeding through a vertical loop before barreling through a one-of-a-kind heart line twist on the C-shaped track.
BIG SHOT at Stratosphere
The thrill ride that touches the sky! Prepare to be shot 160 feet up in the air in a mere 2.5 seconds at 45 mph, getting a taste of weightlessness as 4 Gs of force will literally lift riders off their seat. Riders then drop to 0 Gs and bungee up and down the mast three times and practically float back to the launch pad one minute later.
X-SCREAM at Stratosphere
Ever played on a teeter-totter 866 feet high? This ride will have everyone screaming as it propels the riders headfirst, 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower. After being shot over the edge, riders dangle weightlessly above the Las Vegas strip before being pulled back and propelled over again for more.
INSANITY-THE RIDE at Stratosphere
Insanity-The Ride will dangle riders and spin them over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower's Outdoor Observation Deck more than 900 feet above Las Vegas.

Hoover Dam & Ethel M Chocolate Factory Tour
Towering 725 feet above the Colorado River, Hoover Dam is one of America’s grandest achievements. On this tour you will have the chance to take in some incredible views and learn the amazing history of how this engineering masterpiece was built!
After completing the Hoover Dam portion of the tour guests will travel to the Ethel M Chocolate factory to learn how the Mars family creates and manufactures their handmade, gourmet candy and chocolate. As the tour concludes, enjoy a sample of the delectable delights!
