Primavera has reserved rooms for the 25th Annual Conference at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Please book your accommodations early. The cut off date is Monday, October 27th, 2008, although rooms are expected to sell out early.

Group Rates
Single/Double: $219
A charge of $35 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four (4) guests per room. There will be no additional charge for children fifteen (15) years of age and under when occupying the same room with an adult using the existing bedding.
All room rates are exclusive of applicable resort, state and local taxes.
The discounted rate will apply beginning Saturday, November 15th, through check out on Wednesday, November 19th. The rate of $219 will be extended for three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the official meeting dates, subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
Hotel cut off date: Monday, October 27th, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Please note that hotel rooms will likely sell out earlier than this date, so we encourage attendees to book their hotel reservations as early as possible!

Hotel Room Deposits and Refunds
At the time of reservation, guest credit card will be charged for one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax. Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by the Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00am only on the day after the attendee’s confirmed arrival date.

American Airlines has been designated as the official carrier for this year’s Primavera Annual Conference, and is offering exclusive discounted rates for attendees. Taxi & Airport Shuttle Information
Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is located approximately 3 miles from McCarran International Airport.
Distance from airport: Please allow up to 30 minutes to get to the airport, depending upon traffic.
Taxi cost: A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost approximately 20.00. This cost is per taxi, not per person.
Shuttle Information: Shuttles may be booked by calling +1.702.740.4545. The shuttle provider name is CLS Transportation. The cost is $6.00 per person each way.
