*Registration fee includes: all conference sessions (general sessions, break-out sessions, software clinics), Keynote Address, Sunday Welcome reception, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, lunch Monday and Tuesday, Monday evening event, entrance to Primavera Exhibit Hall, conference materials and giveaways, and NEW THIS YEAR: access to PrimaveraConnect online networking community.

** Companion fee includes Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday evening event, giveaway and continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday. Companion fee is required for anyone over 3 years of age.

To take advantage of this special offer, please complete the following steps:

1. Register the first 5 registrants individually online. To qualify, these registrations need to be paid in full.
2. Complete the attached form for the 6th registrant (form requires registration numbers for first 5 registrants)
3. Email the registration form to acinfo@primavera.com or fax it to +1.610.949.6944.

Note: Primavera reserves the right to refuse the discount at their discretion. All 6 registrants must be employed by the same company in order to qualify. The complimentary registration is not transferable .


Conference Payment Policy
Early bird discounted fee of $1,495.00
Payment must be received by October 10. If payment is not received by the deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at $1,795.

Standard fee of $1,795.00
Payment must be received between October 11 and November 7. If payment is not received by November 7, the pre-registration will not be valid, and attendee will be required to register and pay onsite at the onsite price of $1,995 .

Onsite fee of $1,995.00
Payment will be accepted for onsite registrants beginning Sunday, November 16.


Cancellation Policy
Pre-registered attendees may cancel their Annual Conference registration in writing prior to Friday, November 7th, 2008, to receive a full refund. Although there will be no refunds after Friday, November 7th, 2008, another person may be substituted with no penalty (see substitution policy). Please fax cancellation requests directly to Primavera at +1.610.949.6944. Cancellation requests received after Friday, November 7th, 2008, as well as "no-shows" will be subject to the full registration fee.


Conference Substitution Policy
Substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time prior to Friday, November 7th. Please download a cancellation/substitution form and fax it to +1.610.949.6944.
