Class size is limited so make your reservations as soon as possible. Customers whose software is on a current Maintenance agreement will be given preference, so please have your serial number ready when making a reservation. Whenever possible, payment must be received two weeks before the start of class. Payments can be made by check, purchase order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). All payments should be made out to Primavera Systems, Inc.

Cancellations for Classroom Training
Cancellations must be received ten (10) business days before the beginning of a course in order to be eligible for a refund. In your interest, we ask that you purchase refundable transportation tickets, such as airline tickets. If a course is canceled, you will be notified by letter or telephone.

Cancellations for On-line Instructor-led Training
1. A company or individual may cancel or reschedule an Primavera or Vendor Partnership web training seminar without penalty by giving Primavera Systems, Inc. written notice at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the web training seminar. To cancel or reschedule a class, contact the Primavera Training Coordinator at training@primavera.com or fax the information to +1.610.949.6722.

2. If a company or individual cancels a specific web training seminar without at least 7 business days notice prior to the starting date of the training seminar, the company or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.

3. If a company or individual does not attend (no shows) a web training seminar, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% "no show" fee.

4. Primavera Systems, Inc. reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. If this happens, Primavera will refund the registration fee in full or apply the registration fee toward another class, at the option of the registrant. Primavera's sole liability is limited to refunding the registration fee only. Primavera Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any related expenses or damages, such as, airfare, airline penalties, lodging, lost time or wages.

5. Primavera Systems, Inc. (including its employees and agents) assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from the use of information contained in its web training seminars.
