PRIMAVERA FORMS STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH IMS TO PROVIDE CORPORATE IT ORGANIZATIONS WITH COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
PHILADELPHIA, PA and NEWPORT BEACH, CA, August 20, 2002 - Primavera Systems, Inc., the leading provider of project management software, has formed a strategic relationship with Innovative Management Solutions (IMS), Inc., to provide corporate IT organizations with project management software, services, and training in the southern California, Nevada, and Texas regions.
