ClearingHouse®
ClearingHouse® is an integration engine that is accessed through a web browser. It hides its sophistication behind a very simple user interface. Currently it integrates Expedition 7.x and 8x to Timberline Accounting 7.x and 8.x but it is much more, for it can grow and adapt to different versions of the applications as well as accommodating multiple instances of them. Already work is underway on adding totally new accounting applications.
Security-wise it respects the applications' security but adds another layer in the ClearingHouse® to ensure that nobody can see or access data for which they are not authorized. Data records can be chosen individually or by groups that reflect the business process and can be integrated manually or automatically. The features are too numerous to list here but a web demo is available upon request.
Emerald has taken the time to survey users and determine the functionality required before developing and thoroughly testing it in the real world of projects. Such an approach is expensive but Emerald is confident that ClearingHouse® offers the best value in the marketplace today and in the foreseeable future.
