MARKETING SUPPORT
Company Profile on Primavera Web site
Your company profile and Partnership type will be featured in the partner directory of Primavera web site. Note that all partners must provide at least one valid customer success story before they will be added to Primavera.com. Organizations who did not have a success story during the application process are responsible for making Primavera aware of customer successes within their first year of becoming a partner.
Joint Success Stories
Primavera will develop with partner joint success stories highlighting the use of Primavera products in conjunction with the partner solution.
Primavera Partner Logo
Partners will be given permission to use the appropriate logo for their level of partnership once they have provided Primavera with a customer success story. Use of the partner logo will be subject to the terms and conditions of the logo usage agreement.
Lead Referral
Customers often contact Primavera directly to determine which Technology partners they should consider when complementary solutions or integration with other core systems is required. Primavera will endeavor to provide the customer with a list of all the partners for the customer to evaluate based on their unique requirements.
Primavera Product Collateral
Partners will have access to electronic versions of all Primavera product collateral, API white papers and technical briefs through Primavera.com and the Support Knowledgebase.
Subscription to Primavera Magazine
Partners will automatically be put on the mailing list for the quarterly Primavera magazine. The Primavera magazine discusses trends in the industry and highlights "Best-in-Class" organizations in the project and portfolio management field.
Advertising Space in Primavera Magazine
Premier Technology Partners will have access to one ¼ page advertisement in the Primavera magazine per year. Standard Technology Partner are also provided access to advertise in the Primavera magazine at the normal rate. The award-winning Primavera magazine reaches over 50,000 project and portfolio management professionals per quarter.
Exhibitor Profile in the Primavera Annual Conference Guide
Premier Technology Partners will be profiled with one ¼ page advertisement in the Primavera Annual Conference Guide. Standard Technology Partners can also be profiled in the Conference Guide if they purchase an exhibit space at the Annual Conference.
Access to Primavera Marketing Programs
Primavera will have specific marketing programs available for partner participation throughout the year. These marketing programs may include such programs elements as direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, seminars, webinars, and regional events. Additional fees may apply in some unique cases.
Co-Branded Solution White Paper
Partners can leverage Primavera thought leadership by co-branding existing Primavera solution white papers with additional partner content.
Partner Link in Primavera Online Store
Premier Technology Partners will be able to add a hyperlink on Primavera's online store to promote product sales. Primavera will not process the sales orders for partners, all transactions will occur through the Premier Technology Partner secure ordering process.
Development of Joint Go-to-Market Plan (GTMP)
Premier Technology Partners will be required to develop a joint GTMP with their Primavera counterpart. The GTMP will outline partnership objectives, market opportunities, strategy, execution and marketing/lead generation activities.
Marketing Manager Assigned
Premier Technology Partners will have a Primavera marketing manager assigned to their account. The marketing manager will work with their partner counterpart to develop the GTMP. Once the GTMP is developed, the Primavera marketing manager will endeavor to ensure the plan is executed and other appropriate roles within Primavera are called in to work with the partner when required.

SALES SUPPORT
Invitation to Online Sales Training Webinars
All Technology Partners will be invited to participate in online sales training webinars sponsored by Primavera. This training will discuss new products and new capabilities added to current products with the associated value propositions. The sales training will provide partners with a unique insight into how Primavera positions its product and services to different markets.
Partner with Primavera Direct Sales on Joint Opportunities
Premier Technology Partners will be invited to engage Primavera opportunities when their complementary solutions are required. The Primavera sales team will be encouraged to jointly develop relationships with our Premier Technology Partners.
Annual Meeting with Primavera Sponsor
The Primavera sponsor assigned to the Premier Technology Partner will make every effort to meet with the Premier partners at least once a year to discuss joint strategies and share partnering insight. This session will be viewed as an opportunity to ensure that we are strategically aligned. Executive-level participation will be requested and provided when applicable circumstances apply.

SOFTWARE & SUPPORT
Access to Primavera Software for Training, Demonstration and Integration Purposes
Primavera grants partners a limited use license of Primavera software during the term of the partnership agreement for training, demonstration and integration purposes. Partner will also be provided with Primavera API and white paper for integration development. Partner must abide by the license agreement and use for only the aforementioned reasons.
Access to Technical Support, Knowledgebase and Product Patches
Partners are given access to the Primavera knowledgebase and online support case logging through the Customer Center on Primavera.com. Partners may review the Knowledgebase for recent product patches and technical product notices. Primavera telephone support will be provided to all Technology Partners on a first come, first served basis through our Support team.

Primavera Technology Partners are all eligible to receive Primavera's monthly Support Newsletter.
Integration Certification
Partners will be encouraged to certify their integration with Primavera products. An integration white paper and support will be provided to aid you in this process. Once the partner has developed an interface to Primavera we'll certify that the integration effectively interfaces with Primavera's solution. Partners passing the certification examination will be provided with a Certified Technology Logo. The certification process is valid for a single version of partner software and Primavera software only. Partners may certify multiple version of their software to Primavera’s software. In this case examination fees apply for every tested version.
Primavera Technical Product Support Representative
Technology Partners have the option of purchasing a value added service that will provide them with access to a "named" technical support representative. This level of support provides you with faster and more familiar access to a support representative who has experience in the area of software integration and our integration tools. We realize the value that a named contact can provide to our partners during the development of their interface with Primavera and have discounted the program for partners. This fee is an incremental cost that is added to the overall program cost.
Early Access to Product Releases and Beta Program
Premier Technology Partners will be granted access to Primavera Beta program. Within this program they have the opportunity to evaluate early release and provide feedback to Primavera that will be considered before release of the Gold candidate. Premier Partners will also be granted early access to commercial products to quickly provide our customers the earliest integrated solution.

EVENTS
Exhibit Space at Primavera Annual Conference
Premier Technology Partners will be provided with a 10 x 10 booth at the Primavera Annual Conference. Exhibiting will provide partners with the opportunity to submit joint customer presentations, participate in panel discussions and meetings with over 1,500 Primavera project professionals from around the globe.
Invitation to Technology Partner Advisory Summit
Premier Technology Partners are invited to attend Primavera Annual Partner Summit - an exclusive event for partners to hear first-hand about product, technology, and business updates from Primavera. Primavera and Premier partners will have in-depth technical discussions about integration tools and product and integration roadmaps. We'll also prioritize partner enhancement requests for future product roadmaps. Primavera will share its current go-to-market strategies across our main verticals and discuss business strategies related to our technology partner community.
Access to Customer Advisory Panels
Premier Technology Partners will be invited to participate in Primavera Customer Advisory Panels. The Advisory Panels are created within market segments for Primavera and our Premier partner better understand market requirements.
Opportunity to Participate in Joint Webcasts to Primavera Customers and Prospects
Primavera Premier Technology Partners will be invited to participate in a joint Webcast to introduce their partnership and the value proposition of an integrated solution with Primavera to Primavera customers and prospects.
Primavera Sales Kick-Off
Primavera Premier Technology Partners will have the opportunity to schedule a Webcast to the Primavera direct and channel sales organization. The goal is to educate Primavera field teams on the partnership, the partner's expertise and the client base, and how they may work together to joint opportunities. The Primavera Alliance Team will facilitate the scheduling of these Webcasts.

TRAINING
Primavera Classroom Product Training
Premier Technology Partners can schedule Primavera corporate product training at a 50% discount. The partner is responsible for a travel expenses. Standard Technology Partners are required to pay the normal rate for Primavera product training.
Primavera Web-based Product Training
Premier Technology Partners are provided access to web-based product training which they may use throughout their organization. Standard Technology Partners may purchase web-based product training for a 50% discount.
