Primavera offers an optional module, ProSight Propose, which enables organizations to easily capture ideas, surveys or requests via web forms. These are then routed automatically to appropriate portfolios for scoring, analysis and action. ProSight’s rich analytics automate the processing and prioritization of the captured proposals, enabling the organization to follow a consistent process.

Using the Primavera ProSight forms wizard, create web-based forms that collect data of interest. Use fields to for direct data entry, or use drop-down selections for easy classification of the proposal. For anonymous submissions such as a survey, no user identification is required. For other kinds of requests, for example, you can require that a name or e-mail address be entered before any further action will be taken. ProSight Propose also enables users to augment proposals with supporting documentation such as financial models, diagrams or presentations, enabling greater flexibility in your proposal management process.

Primavera ProSight organizes all proposals of the same kind into a common portfolio where objective scoring and prioritization models are applied automatically. With all the required information at your fingertips, it is easy to identify the highest priority proposals and which proposals deserve attention.
