Workbooks

Workbooks are the primary source for information about each investment in ProSight. They enable managers and team members to manage investment information and annotations for specific investments. This information can be easily updated for on-demand status reports that consistently communicate an investment’s progress because information is accessible in one place. 

Workbooks establish an investment lifecycle for each investment, and track the performance of that investment through its lifecycle. For small projects, it is often sufficient to plan and track projects at the high level of lifecycle phases, requiring little overhead on the team to maintain. Documents, deliverables, to-dos, and much more can also be tracked directly in ProSight. For more project management functionality, Primavera ProSight provides an off-the-shelf integration with Microsoft Project Server and Primavera P6 (coming soon in 2008.)  Custom integrations with other project management tools can be developed using ProSight’s Web Services APIs.
